Ownership of Assets and Unstaking

You retain full ownership of your assets at all times. You have the right to “unstake” your assets consistent with the underlying protocol once your agreed Staking Period is over.
 

Rewards

Staking rewards are determined by the blockchain protocol and are the same whether you stake on your own or through our services. We do not pay rewards based on the "efforts of others" or rely on entrepreneurial efforts to derive a better outcome for our customers. This arrangement is designed to ensure that our services do not constitute an investment contract under the Howey Test.
